Hallyu artists SHINee, BoA and T-ara QBS have made a pleasant debut on Japan’s Oricon chart.

SHINee’s second Japanese album, ‘Boys Meet U’, which was released on June 26th, debuted at the No.2 spot of Oricon’s Daily Album Chart. The album sold 36,402 copies on a single day, proving the group’s popularity in the country.

Also, T-ara’s sub-unit QBS, formed of members Qri, Boram and Soyeon, nabbed seventh place on the same chart with debut single, “Like The Wind”. BoA’s 32nd single album “Tail of Hope” landed on No.11.


Super Junior’s Donghae and Eunhyuk have made a pleasant debut on Japan’s Oricon chart.

According to the Oricon Chart on June 19, Donghae and Eunhyuk’s second single album as a unit titled ‘I Wanna Dance’ landed on the no.3 spot of the Daily Singles chart after selling 36,329 copies on its first day.

In the other hand, the successful unit’s labelmates Girls’ Generation sat sixth on the same chart with their seventh Japanese single album, ‘LOVE & GIRLS’, which was released on the same day, June 19.
